The home is located on the top floor of an eleven-storey building. It’s a duplex apartment with over 200 square meters. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining kitchen as well as a nice garden. You can learn to make authentic Chinese dishes in the kitchen and enjoy a large collection of music CDs and books. You can also watch favourite films in the home cinema while having a cup of Puer tea. If you’re a sports fan, there’s a place for playing table tennis. You will have your en-suite bathroom and a study desk where you can concentrate on learning the language and culture.

The development is surrounded by greens and has great facilities onsite. It includes a children’s playground, a swimming pool, and many kinds of shops. It’s situated in the South East of Chengdu with a number of schools nearby. It has fantastic transport links, a few minutes walk can take you to the tube station, 30 minutes drive to the city centre, Shuangliu airport can be reached directly via tube. Many bus routes can take you to everywhere including 30-40 minutes ride to the Panda Research Base.
