About MeHello, my name is Gao Hui, an ICA qualified teacher. I’m from the beautiful coastal city of Dalian and very proud of my hometown. Working in marketing for a taekwondo gym, I teach Chinese in my spare time to foreigners living in the city.
I like music and sports. I’m learning drums and can play ukelele and guitar. I’d be very happy to share my hobbies while teaching you Chinese. I’m reliable, punctual and patient with beginner learners, so come to meet me and my family and see how we enjoy our lives.

I live in a 90 m² modern apartment. It is simply decorated and comfortably furnished. There are two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a living room, and an open plan kitchen. The guest room has a Japanese style bed with plenty of storage space. There is also a desk and a bookshelf that allow you to study and store your books and learning materials. The bathroom is shared.

NeighbourhoodMy apartment is located in Dalian Ecological Science and Technology City, suburbs of Dalian. It is closed to mountains, rivers and one of the three major freshwater lakes in Dalian, Muchengyi Lake. The lake covers an area of 1.3 million square meters which is also the largest lakeside park in Dalian. There’re supermarkets and a large farmers’ market in the neighbourhood. It’s very convenient to buy vegetables and daily necessities. Although no underground station in the area, six bus routes can take you to the city centre.
