About Me

My first job was a lecturer in Engineering at a university in Jiangsu province. After getting the master’s degree, I worked as deputy director for a steel company and then sales director for an electrical appliance company. Now I’m a freelance consultant providing advice on Intellectual Property. I enjoy meeting people and sharing my experience and knowledge. I’m friendly, cheerful and easy to get along with. Being a host teacher allows me to resume the teaching profession, it also gives me opportunities to learn from others. I look forward to welcoming guests to stay with my family.

Description

My home is a three bedroom apartment with approximately 90m². The bedrooms are not so big but living room is spacious. There’s a dinning area as well as separate kitchen and bathroom. Although the apartment complex was built over 20 years ago, due to its good maintenance, the building is in good conditions. The location of the apartment is superb. Shenzhen University is just 1.5 km away and within 3 km you can reach the famous Shenzhen science and technology garden.

The residential complex is one of the biggest public housings in Nanshan District. Its original residence mostly were civil servants and employees working in hospitals and schools. The area is well known for its cleanness and safety and the best nursery in the district. The underground train Line 1 entrance is just outside the building. You can take the train directly to airport and train station.
