About Me

Hello! As a senior lecturer in English with over twenty years of experience at a vocational school in Guangzhou, I have the pleasure of teaching not only language but also etiquette and history to Chinese students. I am excited about the prospect of welcoming Lingoinn students from abroad and sharing my knowledge with them.

Having originally come to Guangzhou for my studies from Northern China, I have since made this vibrant international city my home, where I reside with my husband and teenage daughter. Guangzhou, a city where tradition meets modernity, is renowned for its Cantonese culinary delights, which I eagerly anticipate introducing to our visitors.

Join me in this dynamic metropolis, and I will guide you towards mastering Chinese, whether your focus is on everyday communication, business etiquette, or preparing for the HSK examination. Guangzhou welcomes you!

My apartment is on the 9th floor of a high-rise building in Yuexiu District. It spans a generous 100 square meters, featuring three cosy bedrooms alongside a welcoming living room. The decor is a harmonious blend of simplicity and warmth. Bathed in natural light, the living room offers a sense of openness, while the bedrooms boast windows that invite fresh air, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere. The guest room is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. Guests have access to a shared family bathroom and kitchen. There is also a small balcony where guests can enjoy the view of the city life.

The area is well-connected by excellent transportation networks and is home to numerous universities and colleges. Additionally, it offers essential services with several major hospitals, banks, and convenience stores, alongside a variety of dining and shopping options with its restaurants and supermarkets.
