About Me

I’m an English teacher teaching at a private English school. I use games in my immersive teaching to help students improve daily English communication and have fun. I’ve lived and taught Chinese in Myanmar. This experience has taught me so much about other culture and made me appreciate the richness of Chinese language and culture. I love teaching Chinese and showing my guests the natural beauty of Yunnan. I’m gentle, kind and helpful, like reading, cooking and learning. I can teach my guests local arts and crafts which is different to other parts of China.

Description

My home is a spacious 4 storey house. The main living and dining area are on the first floor. It’s nicely decorated with Yunnan arts and crafts. Although the kitchen is quite basic, it uses local utensils which could be an interest for my guests to try. The guest rooms are on the second and third floor that have good size beds and very comfortable. The house is nice and quiet with good air flow. It provides free WiFi and daily necessities.

The house is located in the town centre of Luxi in Honghe. It has all the amenities including supermarkets, hospital, pharmacy, and market. You can go everywhere by walk and explore the rural life of an ethnic minority region.
